SendPidge Privacy Policy

SendPidge is a family safety service operated by Nestuary Wellness Inc. ("we", "us"). It helps a family check suspicious messages and confirm requests for money with a real family member before anyone acts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

• Phone numbers and names of people who join a family circle, and which circle they belong to.
• Messages you forward to SendPidge (text, links, images or email) so we can check them.
• Replies family members send, such as "Yes, it's me" or "Not me", and the time they replied.
• A family word, which we store only as a one-way keyed hash. We cannot read it back.
• Technical records: delivery status, timestamps and error codes. Our logs never contain message bodies.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run SendPidge. That means checking forwarded messages for scam signs, asking the right family member to confirm a request, sending verification codes, and showing the circle what happened. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We use phone numbers only to deliver SendPidge messages that you or your family circle asked for.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as far as they need:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, SMS and WhatsApp delivery (AWS End User Messaging), email (Amazon SES), and automated message scoring (Amazon Bedrock). Bedrock does not use our inputs to train models.
• Meta (WhatsApp): WhatsApp delivers the messages you send to and receive from SendPidge.
• Cloudflare: hosting for this website and our API edge.
• Google Web Risk and abuse.ch URLhaus: we send them links found in forwarded messages, never the rest of the message, to check whether a link is known to be malicious.

5. Automated scoring

An AI model scores forwarded messages for scam signs. It cannot send messages or take actions. People in your family circle make every decision. SendPidge never tells anyone that a payment is safe.

6. How long we keep data

We delete the raw text, images and email of forwarded messages after 30 days. We keep a fingerprint (hash) of each message, the result of each check and the record of who confirmed what until the circle is deleted, or until you ask us to delete them.

7. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any SendPidge SMS, or send STOP on WhatsApp, to stop messages from us.
• Send LEAVE to leave your family circle.
• Email contact@sendpidge.com to see, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA or the EU under the GDPR), you may have further rights to access, correct, delete or move your data. Contact us to use them.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems that run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

SendPidge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will also send circle members a message.
