SendPidge Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SendPidge, a service operated by Nestuary Wellness Inc. ("we", "us"). By using SendPidge you agree to them.

1. What SendPidge does

SendPidge lets a family circle forward suspicious messages for a check and confirm requests for money with a real family member, through that person's own phone. It is an extra safety step. It does not replace your bank, the police or your own judgment.

2. What SendPidge does not do

• SendPidge never tells you that a payment or a request is safe. A result of "no warning signs found" does not mean a message is genuine.
• SendPidge does not detect deepfakes and does not promise to catch every scam.
• SendPidge is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. SMS messaging terms

Program name: SendPidge Family Alerts.

Description: security alerts for your family circle. These include one-time verification codes, requests to confirm whether a message really came from you, and the results of checks on messages your family forwarded.

How you opt in: you join a circle by sending a join command with an invite code, then confirm your number with a one-time code. You can also opt in by texting START to the SendPidge number.

Message frequency varies with how often your family asks for checks. Message and data rates may apply.

Text HELP for help or email contact@sendpidge.com. Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Your responsibilities

• Add only people who have agreed to join your circle, using their own phone numbers.
• Keep your family word private.
• Do not use SendPidge to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break any law.

5. Availability

SendPidge depends on carriers, WhatsApp and cloud providers. Messages can be delayed or fail. If a family member does not answer, SendPidge holds the request; it never approves a request on its own.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SendPidge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nestuary Wellness Inc. is not liable for losses caused by fraud, by scams the service did not flag, or by decisions you make, including payments.

7. Ending use

You can stop at any time by sending STOP or LEAVE. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

8. Changes

If we update these terms, we will change the date above. Continuing to use SendPidge after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
